You can submit a compalint to Ombudsman. his role and authorities are: (A) Investigate complaints regarding services; (B) Invastigate and resolve complaints regarding financial issues; (C) Investigate and resolve disagreemants regarding customer agreemants.

In every request you must detail the following: (A) full name and ID; (B) Phone number for which the complaint is for;  (C) Invoice number for the complaint; (D) Details of the complaint
